What you will do

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Chief of Staff to support our Marketing Acceleration mission and strategy. This role will serve as a crucial partner to the leadership team, driving key initiatives, managing meeting governance, and ensuring alignment across global, regional priorities and local US Marketing priorities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategy, marketing, and communications, along with exceptional skills in presentation development and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of the Marketing Acceleration agenda. Assist in the identification and prioritization of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Presentation Development: Prepare high-quality presentation decks for investor relations, board meetings, and other key stakeholder engagements. Develop compelling narratives and visuals to effectively communicate strategic priorities and performance metrics.

Meeting Governance: Manage the governance process for global and regional priority meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared, materials are distributed, and follow-ups are tracked. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on meeting outcomes.

Brand & Creative Transformation Project management: support key change programs globally, collaborating with marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of events and comms. Support Marketing initiatives by providing strategic input and ensuring adherence to guidelines.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the leadership team and various departments, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on action items. Proactively chase down information and updates needed from teams to keep projects on track and aligned with timelines.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Keen interest to learn the skills and competencies of brand building.  You’ll be at the heart of the change.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, project management, or operations, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods sectors.

  • Proven experience in developing high-quality presentations, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Detail-oriented and highly proactive, with a track record of staying on top of deadlines and guidelines.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Experience

  • Tier one management consulting experience in consumer goods practice areas

  • Prior experience in the Beauty or Self Care industries

  • A passion for Skin Health & Beauty and Self Care.

  • Ability to operate as a strategic sounding board

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$153,850.00 - $217,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
