O que você fará

Kenvue Manufacturing Internship Program

We are looking for aspiring Interns to partake in our Internship Program for our Jakarta IHI Manufacturing facility. This is a good opportunity for students majoring in Engineering and Pharmaceutical Sciences to have a feel of working in our Operations Functions such as Production, Engineering, New Product Development, Manufacturing Excellence, and others. You will receive exposure and provide impact to real projects, as you collaborate with cross departments and functions.

The 2025 Internship Program is a flexible 2-5 months program. It is designed to help college students develop technical knowledge, leadership, analytical and communication skills through practical work experience and ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship.  This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom.  Ideally, this is a full-time (40 hours per week) assignment offered both during semester break (July – August 2025) or part of your practical class subject (August– December 2025).

What will you do:

• Work cross-functionally with internal local and regional/global stakeholders.
• Develop strong analytical and technical skills by working closely with business leaders as your mentor.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college, preferably with a Engineering or Pharmaceuticals Science focus
• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Willing to work full-time onsite

Location:

On-site at Kenvue Plant -Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur.
