Neutrogena is up for redefining what derm beauty looks like in a digital-first world. Our ambition is clear: reclaim our place as the world’s most influential derm-beauty brand — not only through science, but through beauty culture.
This role is central to that ambition. As Manager – Global Neutrogena Website & PDPs, you will own the most critical expression of the brand today: where beauty consumers discover, learn, evaluate, and purchase. You will transform Neutrogena’s global website and PDPs into a high-impact beauty experience – elevated, editorial, intuitive and conversion-obsessed – while magnifying the brand’s unique derm science.
1/ Create a True Derm-Beauty Digital Flagship
- Lead the global vision and experience for Neutrogena.com as a destination that feels as compelling as the best beauty retailers, and as credible as a derm’s office
- Elevate the website from an information hub to a true derm-beauty destination—editorial, inspirational, intuitive, and routine-driven.
- Ensure every digital touchpoint reflects modern beauty codes: imagery, tone of voice, pacing and storytelling – while bringing to life the brand edge: “Beauty to a Science”
2/ Design PDPs that Sell Through Beauty, Not Just Claims
- Set the global gold standard for beauty-led PDPs in derm skincare and make-up.
- Transform ingredients, clinicals claims and benefits into desirable, swagger-building beauty narratives
- Balance education and persuasion: ingredients, claims, routines, results, social proof, and expert validation—without overwhelming the consumer.
- Build PDPs that answer how beauty shoppers actually think: what does this do for my skin? When do I use it? How does it fit into my routine? What will I see and feel?
- Continuously test, optimize, and evolve PDP content to improve conversion, retention, and trust.
3/ Beauty Meets Digital Excellence
- Translate beauty culture, social behaviors, and consumer expectations into high-performing digital experiences.
- Ensure seamless storytelling across website, PDPs, social, retail partners, and paid media.
- Bring a beauty-native point of view to UX, imagery, copy, routines, and navigation.
- Champion skin routines, regimens, and layered usage across the websites and PDPs
4/ Drive E-Commerce Performance
- Partner closely with e-commerce, analytics, and regional teams to drive conversion, basket size, and repeat purchase.
- Use data, A/B testing, and consumer insights to inform decisions—without losing creativity or brand elevation.
- Identify friction points in the path to purchase and obsessively optimize them.
5/ Set Global Beauty Standards, Enable Local Expression
- Define global frameworks for beauty storytelling, PDP architecture, and content hierarchy.
- Empower markets to localize intelligently—balancing global & aesthetic consistency with cultural relevance and regulatory needs.
- Be the point of reference for what “good” looks like in derm-beauty digital execution.
6/ Be a Beauty Digital Thought Leader
- Stay ahead of how beauty is sold on-line – from luxury to derm to social commerce.
- Push the organization to think about digital as experience and desire, not just infrastructure.
- Partner closely with the Global Brand team, Social, Advocacy, E-com, R&D, Tech teams and Countries to deliver seamless, cohesive and elevated experiences.
Who We Are Looking For
A True Beauty & Digital Native
- 6+ years of experience in beauty – skin care, make-up, hair - with deep expertise in digital platforms, websites, PDPs, and e-commerce is highly preferred.
- You shop beauty online, analyze PDPs for fun, and instinctively know what works—and what doesn’t.
- A sharp beauty eye: understands what makes a product content feel covetable and inspiring – texture, finish, shade, packaging and narrative
- Strong understanding of derm beauty, skincare and make-up routines, and science-backed claims.
- Proven experience in owning or shaping websites and PDP ecosystems with clear performance accountability
- Fluent in UX, CRO, Analytics, A/B testing and platform capabilities
A Builder, not a Manager
- Experience working and leading across global and country teams, agencies, and developers.
- Confident navigating complexity and influencing brand, tech, legal, and leadership stakeholders.
- Organized, opinionated, and energized by building systems that scale.
A High Expectation/Performance Mindset
- Fluent in e-commerce KPIs, analytics and testing methodologies. Obsessed with optimizing performance while building brand equity.
- You believe derm beauty should feel elevated, sensorial, and aspirational—not cold or transactional.
- You challenge outdated digital norms and push for better faster, more consumer-centric solutions
- You care deeply about trust, clarity, and long-term brand value – not just short-term clicks
- You want to shape how millions of people experience skin care online.
