O que você fará

The Metro Asia E-commerce Expert is responsible for driving Social commerce growth, overall eCommerce execution and developing strategy across the Metro Asia region.

This role will lead key regional account performance and provide insights into the eCommerce consumption, sales trends, best practices and in-process measures across markets.

The E-commerce Expert will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and recommend a comprehensive eCommerce framework, ensuring strategic objectives are met.

Additionally, this position will provide guidance to supply chain and market GMs to enhance eCommerce business plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation

Key Responsibilities:

eCommerce Execution & Performance Tracking:

  • Provide insights and recommendations on eCommerce consumption, sales, channel P&L, and in-process measures (6P, A&I) across Metro Asia.
  • Advise on best practices for eCommerce sales operations in all markets, connecting BP (business planning), execution tracking, and commercial eCommerce P&L.

Framework Development & Deployment:

  • Develop and recommend a standardized eCommerce framework to all markets to support market execution.
  • Provide advisory support on implementation strategies in partnership with the management board to enable strategic objectives are met.

Strategic Partnerships & Roadmap Development:

  • Partner cross functionally to build a 3-year eCommerce roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Market GMs to provide guidance on eCommerce business plans, roadmaps, resource plans, and capability development.

Commercial Operating Model Development:

  • Offer expertise on the development of a commercial operating model at the market level.
  • Advise on integrating shoppable media, CIW (Consumer Insights and Web), and A&P (Advertising & Promotions) into a unified customer-facing strategy.

Supply Chain Optimization:

  • Partner with the supply chain to optimize internal processes, dashboards, and metrics to meet future eCommerce demands.

Product Portfolio Influence:

  • Partner with Regional Development Leads (RDLs) and lead markets to provide insights on eCommerce product portfolio development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related roles, with a strong understanding of online sales and digital channels.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing eCommerce strategies at a regional or global level.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
