O que você fará

What you will do

The Pharma Sales Representative for Central and Southern Hungary is responsible for creating and executing a sales plan to achieve objectives through servicing multiple physician and healthcare professional accounts, scheduling appointments, making sales presentations, and developing customer-focused presentation packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products
  • Utilize sales techniques to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Provide product information and education to healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and increase market penetration
  • Identify and target potential new customers in the healthcare industry to expand customer base
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to healthcare professionals to promote products and services
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and maximize sales efficiency

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent education in a scientific or commercial area
  • First experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field is beneficial but we are also open to those looking to kick-off their career!
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies in the healthcare industry is beneficial

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences
  • Solid understanding of the full sales cycle and customer relationship management
