Across Asia Pacific, we are accelerating growth by combining deep consumer insights, science-backed innovation, and health care capabilities. We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to help shape the future of Oral Health—fueling both category growth and meaningful consumer impact.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy

  • Support the brand strategy and long-term growth roadmap for Listerine in partnership with the Marketing Director/Senior Marketing Manager
  • Deploy global strategies, adapting as needed into locally resonant, insight-driven programs for implementation
  • Partner closely with local markets to implement into their business planning

Brand & Connections Excellence

  • Drive consistent execution of brand identity and visual brand language
  • Rollout global communication, content and other playbooks to markets, adapting for regional nuances as agreed with Global
  • Measure and track creative performance to fuel scaled learnings Champion digital-first brand building, including social ecosystems and influencer strategy
  • Lead the cascade of HCP & Influencers strategy and executional framework, including regional congresses and sampling strategy

Accelerate Innovation

  • Take the lead on several innovation projects to drive pipeline sufficiency Partner strongly with R&D, PMO, Medical to deliver innovation with grounded claims and differentiated propositions Ensure strong market deployment and adoption across priority countries

Champion Consumer Obsession

  • Build deep understanding of consumer insights and behaviors across APAC Leverage data, analytics to uncover actionable insights Translate insights into compelling propositions and learnings

Deliver Commercial Impact

  • Influence and manage key P&L levers—forecasting, pricing, mix, and portfolio optimization, applying to current projects to improve profitability Partner with markets to ensure strong launch execution and in-market performance Support delivery of revenue, share, and profitability targets

Lead Through Collaboration

  • Work seamlessly across regional, global, and local teams, including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, CMI, and Commercial Act as a connector and catalyst, aligning stakeholders and driving execution in a complex matrix Bring an ownership mindset, with the ability to influence without authority 

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in business or marketing specialization
  • Min 5–8 years of marketing experience in FMCG or consumer health, with strong brand-building credentials
  • Strong communication & influencing skills, able to work in a tight team environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of P&L drivers and RGM
  • Ability to translate data and insights into impactful action
  • Ability to collaborate and lead projects from ideation to execution with proven record in project management and delivery of consistently strong results is required

Who Are You?

  • Strong business analytics, consumer insights development, understanding of core marketing levers are required
  • Agile, curious, and energized by pace, complexity, and growth
  • Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with regional groups is preferred.
