What you will do
The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics Operations is responsible for ensuring the development, continuous improvement and seamless operation of one or more of the company’s Operations, Finance and HR & Legal technology and data products & teams. You will lead the design and delivery of technology solutions that enhance efficiency, manage projects to meet business needs, and collaborate with vendors to optimize resources and reduce costs:
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the strategic vision, execution, continuous improvement, and maintenance of one or more of Operations/Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources & Legal data and analytics platforms and product initiatives, driving innovation that transforms business insights into actionable outcomes while ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
· Architect, design, develop, and oversee scalable, cutting-edge data platforms and complex analytics projects that empower cross-functional teams with real-time analytics, predictive capabilities, and adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget.
· Champion a culture of data-driven decision making by fostering collaboration between data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to co-create impactful analytics solutions and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.
· Innovate and implement advanced data governance frameworks ensuring data integrity, security, compliance, and effective integration and alignment of data management systems with other IT infrastructure components to maintain seamless operations.
· Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of data and analytics professionals, cultivating creative problem-solving skills, encouraging continuous learning in emerging data technologies, and fostering professional growth and collaboration.
· Drive the integration of AI and machine learning models into analytics products to enhance predictive accuracy and business value.
· Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align data product roadmaps and strategic initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring measurable impact and ROI.
· Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, including evaluation and procurement of software, hardware, and services to support data and analytics initiatives.
· Monitor key performance indicators and balanced scorecards related to data and analytics products, reporting progress and impact to senior management.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
· 10-15 years of progressive experience in data management, analytics, or related technology roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
· Proven expertise in managing enterprise data platforms including Azure/Databricks technology stack, analytics products, and cross-functional technology projects.
· Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting complex technical information to diverse audiences.
Desired Qualifications
· Proven expertise in leading complex data product lifecycles, from ideation through delivery, with a strong emphasis on innovation and user-centric design.
· Demonstrated ability to translate complex data challenges into elegant, scalable solutions leveraging modern data architectures and cloud technologies.
· Experience in vendor management, including software and hardware evaluation and procurement processes.
· Proficiency in strategic planning, project management methodologies, and performance measurement frameworks.
· Hands-on experience with advanced analytics, AI/ML integration, and data governance best practices within large-scale enterprise settings.
· Strong leadership acumen with a track record of building and nurturing diverse, cross-disciplinary teams that excel in fast-paced environments.
· Exceptional communication skills to articulate visionary data strategies and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
· A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends to proactively drive the evolution of data and analytics products.
