What you will do

Detail-oriented and proactive P2P Operations Specialist to join our P2P Operations team being responsible for executing and supporting end-to-end procure-to-pay processes ensuring accuracy and compliance whilst maintaining strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice and Payment Processing

•    Support for the Consumer organization in the 5 DASHB countries plus Poland for operational purchasing and invoice processing (Procure to Pay)

Procurement Support
•    Creating purchase orders (PO) in eMP (eMarketplace), adding and modifying suppliers and master data using SAP Master Data Governance

Compliance Control and Operational Excellence
•    Invoice verification and approval in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and eMP, accrual accounting, clarifying cost centers and accounts

What We Are Looking For

•    Commercial training or similar background

•    2+ years of professional experience in creating purchase orders using systems such as SAP VIM, Ariba or e-Market Place

•    Fluent in English; additional languages such as German and Polish are beneficial
•    Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
•    Mastery of complex issues, attention to detail
•    Resilience under temporary work peaks
•    Team player
