What you will do

Manages the day-to-day operations of the laboratory activities.

This position is responsible for carrying out tasks and projects related to QC laboratory testing activities at Kenvue Korea Cheongju plant as required by Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Partners with other Departments to ensure that all QC lab testing activities are completed in an efficient manner.

The scope of key responsibilities includes:

1. Responsible for Laboratory

• The all-material sampling and testing (Incoming materials, Analytical and Micro)
• To perform test of QC materials
• To control sufficient laboratory consumables
• To ensure that samples are analysed as per stipulated timeline and test method used are up to date.
• To ensure that Good Laboratory Practice is strictly adhered to at all times.
• To Keep QC lab tidy and clean as per procedure at all times.

2. QC test for all materials.

• To inspect incoming materials and sampling as per guidelines in an timely manner.
• To test all the test items of all materials (Incoming material based on specification in Kenvue and Korea Regulatory
• To perform and support all laboratory activities including incoming, chemical and Micro lab as well.

3. Retain Sample and Standard Sample control

• Keep all materials for retain samples.

4. To ensure any non-conformance and carry out OOS investigation

5. Executes validation, operation, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of equipment

6. Document control related to laboratory.

7. Housekeeping in all laboratories.

[Requirements]

•  Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biology/Microbiology, Industrial engineering, etc. (Preferred)
•  Good Command of English; Simple English skills both writing and reading. (Preferred)
•  Team player, flexible and able to support and act as a backup for colleagues.
•  Strong Problem-Solving skills
•  Good organizational skills, detail-oriented & accurate, analytical skills (Preferred)
•  Good communication and presentation skills (Preferred)
