What you will do

The QA Technical Lead serves as the single point of contact for site Quality Assurance (QA) in relation to technical transfers (TT), new product introductions (NPI), and other projects impacting site operations and laboratories. This role is accountable for all aspects of quality assurance throughout project implementation, including change control strategy and assessment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies:

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in project teams as the QA representative
  • Quality owner of site project portfolio acting as the single point of contact for project status.
  • Accountable for on-time and on-quality delivery of projects as the QA representative
  • Advise cross-functional teams on change control implementation strategies
  • Act as QA Subject Matter Expert (SME) on change control assessments and approve change controls to proceed to execution
  • Work closely with QA and QC teams to ensure that risks are identified and resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensure timely escalation of risks and issues to Management, when necessary, to ensure resolution
  • Lead special quality projects to enhance overall quality processes
  • Ensure readiness for audits and inspections by maintaining quality systems
  • Provide expertise in various quality functional areas to drive continuous improvement

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of related experience in quality assurance
  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a related field
  • Previous experience with NPIs/TTs and project management
  • Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies and tools and Drug Regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully influencing teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Previous experience with Quality Excellence or continuous improvement
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve goals

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
