This position reports into R&D Deployment Senior Manager and is based in Pomezia Santa Palomba.

What you will do
As Materials intern, he/she supports other Scientists on projects to secure Business, ensures compliance, reduces complexity and optimizes costs of our Kenvue raw material chemical portfolio currently on the market. He/She is supporting executing double sourcing qualification and manage properly the change will occur on current raw material portfolio up to the GCC compilation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Driven Change Management
- Plant Support
- Dual Source qualification
Operational :
- Data collection
- Raw Material Technical Assessment
- Impact evaluation on Finished Products
- Technical documentation redaction
- Develop and own execution of GCC
- Lab batches execution (screening and GMP)
- Accelerated stability follow-up
Project management:
- Meetings organization
- Kenvue procedures application
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent English
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability in term of Problem-solving, Complexity management and Decision-making authority
- Ability to collaborate with different areas (global cross functional teams, suppliers)
- Strong passion for science, technology, innovation and problem solving
