What you will do

The R&D Deployment Scientist - Categorie Protette is responsible for assisting in identifying opportunities for cost and process improvements, supporting reformulation and manufacturing process enhancements, and coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to implement projects effectively. You will also monitor technical issues and ensure documentation maintains the technical integrity of products:

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative R&D deployment strategies, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives tailored for protected categories and manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, contribute to data interpretation, and prototype novel solutions to accelerate the transition from research to practical applications while supporting process improvements and scientific studies.
  • Support reformulation efforts, manufacturing process enhancements, qualification of alternative raw materials, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure product quality, compliance, and integrity.
  • Assist in developing, preparing, and delivering comprehensive technical documentation, training materials, fact books, specifications, and reports to facilitate knowledge transfer and support regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing to contribute fresh perspectives and support the integration of cutting-edge scientific advancements into scalable, inclusive deployment models.
  • Coordinate logistics and maintain effective communication with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely technical support.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
  • 0-2 years of hands-on experience or internships demonstrating the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world deployment challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving and innovation in R&D environments.
  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cGMP standards and experience using word processing, spreadsheet, and database documentation tools.
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis and exposure to statistical software tools is advantageous.
  • Experience or exposure to pilot scale equipment setup and manufacturing process support is desirable.
  • Eagerness to embrace emerging technologies and contribute to inclusive scientific advancements within protected categories.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to influence and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
