What you will do

R&D Scientist is responsible for the implementation of innovation projects to support our global product pipeline for Premium Derma segment.

Your primary responsibility is to design and deploy the innovation – combining Asian consumer insights with product development expertise to assemble products that consumers love. Delivering high quality, safe, sustainable & efficacious products with exceptional consumer experience.

You will need to be passionate about products and science, combining requirements on product performance & quality, together with strong consumer insight. This will mean you working with our consumer scientists, packaging, analytical teams, quality & process development teams, so you need to be a strong communicator and ensure our innovations deliver On-Time-in-Full.
