What you will do

Position Description: The Regional Coordinator Corporate Affairs Metro Asia will be supporting the Senior Director Corporate Affairs Metro Asia in delivering Corporate Affairs priorities for Metro Asia. The successful candidate will be working in close collaboration with business leaders, cross-functional teams, and regional colleagues across the External Affairs function. This position is based in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of regional corporate affairs strategies to support Kenvue's business objectives in Metro Asia.
  • Support the organization of regional townhalls, employee engagement initaitives, events, symposium, and stakeholder meetings to foster engagement andcollaboration.
  • Draft key documents and narrative including social media posts, messaging, speeches and testimony for the Metro Asia Leadership.
  • Coordinate and support execution of corporate communication plans with internal and external stakeholders to enhance trust and reputation of the company.
  • Coordinate with local teams to ensure alignment with global corporate affairs initiatives, toolkits and policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social impact programs that align with Kenvue's values and mission
  • Support implementation of external engagement initiatives for TW/HK markets as required.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and business planning as required
  • Facilitate crisis management and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication during critical situations as required
  • Ensure 100% compliance with internal and external policies, laws, and requirements.

Position Requirements:

  • Successful candidate will possess at least 5 years of corporate communications experience in corporate communications with a particular expertise in utilizing digital tools.
  • Demonstrate communication and collaboration skills with an ability to work with stakeholders in a matrix environment effectively.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and embrace change in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment.
  • A collaborative style: ability to offer creative pathways or alternative solutions both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment, efficiently all levels of the organization.
  • Superior oral and written communications skills in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Requirements/Competencies:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate affairs, public relations, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and reports
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and social media platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and projects in a matrix environment.
  • Consumer health care industry knowledge is strongly desired.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
