HybridWhat you will do
The Regional Pipeline Portfolio Lead is responsible for end-to-end management of the regional innovation portfolio. This role serves as the primary owner of portfolio data, analytics, governance, and reporting, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies. The role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enable fact-based prioritization, transparency, and effective decision-making across the portfolio lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage long-term Own and maintain the single source of truth for the regional innovation portfolio, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly portfolio reviews, analysis, and reporting.
Translate strategic priorities, project updates, and financial inputs into clear portfolio insights to support decision-making.
Lead and operate regional portfolio governance forums and communicate outcomes.
Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities and manage risks.
Own and execute the regional stage-gate process.
Deliver portfolio performance reporting for leadership.
Lead post-launch reviews to evaluate delivery against business cases.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Portfolio Management or related field.
8+ years of professional experience including 4–5 years in project or portfolio management.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional portfolios.
Experience working across multiple geographic regions.
