What you will do

We are looking for Regional Supply Planner for Cough&Cold & Pain portfolio within Selfcare. It's an opportunity to expand your skills and experience while making a meaningful impact and ensuring product availability for our customers.

The main duties and responsibilities of the position:

  • Understanding factory capacity, capabilities & processes
  • Running forecast simulations on forecasted demand evaluating inventory projection and coverage
  • Creating a time phased inventory plan by item creating an optimal inventory level
  • Releasing supply plan into firmed and planned orders
  • Identifying and prioritizing productions or deliveries, liaising with relevant parties to resolve any shortfall
  • Arbitrating and decision making for supply conflicts or short falls to balance production capacity
  • Supporting New Product Introductions and coordinating changes (PIPO, re-sitting etc.)
  • Providing supply analysis, performance and KPI reports
  • Maintaining Supply Master Data in SAP and OMP
  • OTIF-D Product Availability
  • Inventory Level incl. DOS - SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete)
  • Order Change Request
  • Supply Performance measurement and drive corrective actions

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • College / university Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills (incl. external partners)
  • Business fluency in English
  • Experience with SAP & OMP
