What you will do

The Regional Supply chain Planner is responsible for planning and controlling inventory to meet sales and service targets, analyzing stock levels and consumption trends, and recommending replenishment strategies. You will manage inventory accuracy, conduct audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain performance for Cough&Cold & Pain portfolio within Selfcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding factory capacity, capabilities & processes

  • Running forecast simulations on forecasted demand evaluating inventory projection and coverage

  • Creating a time phased inventory plan by item creating an optimal inventory level

  • Releasing supply plan into firmed and planned orders

  • Identifying and prioritizing productions or deliveries, liaising with relevant parties to resolve any shortfall

  • Arbitrating and decision making for supply conflicts or short falls to balance production capacity

  • Supporting New Product Introductions and coordinating changes (PIPO, re-sitting etc.)

  • Providing supply analysis, controlling KPIs (OTIF-D Product Availability, Inventory Level incl. DOS - SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete) and drive corrective actions

  • Maintaining Supply Master Data in SAP and OMP

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 4-6 years of progressive hands-on experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related specialist roles

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a process-oriented mindset and sound decision-making skills

  • Strong business acumen with comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations within a global matrixed environment

  • Experience in project management and driving continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain functions

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO) and data visualization tools to drive insightful decision-making

  • Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable supply chain strategies

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for leveraging technology and creative approaches to overcome supply chain challenges

  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills to engage with local teams and senior leadership effectively

  • Knowledge of quality management, compliance standards, logistics, and supply chain operations

  • Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred to demonstrate expertise in process excellence
