What you will do

The Retail Excellence Manager drives Physical Availability for Kenvue’s brands by leading the Perfect Store deployment in ANZ. This role is primarily responsible for in-store excellence and commercial planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Category-Channel Strategy Development: Focusing on omnichannel paths to purchase, channel segmentation, investment prioritization, and execution guidelines to enhance our brands presence and prominence in store.
  • Perfect Store Guidelines: Create and implement Perfect Store guidelines specific to ANZ, including ranging recommendations, optimal portfolio mix to drive profitability and planogramming.
  • Perfect Store Strategy Execution: Lead the deployment of the Perfect Store strategy within ANZ, collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct gap and compliance analysis, and implement performance reviews and sales incentive programs.
  • Key Customer and Activation Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust Key Customer Plans and Activation Grids, ensuring effective customer inputs and execution toolkits for product innovation launches.
  • New Product Launch Tracking: Partner with marketing, category and business intelligence teams to monitor the execution of key new product launches and Go-to-Market plans, identifying and promoting best practices from leading initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Support the ANZ Sales Team by tracking key performance metrics and deploying global KPIs, producing reports to facilitate business rhythms and KPI delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Co-lead enhancements to data insights dashboards and retailer analytic tools for the Perfect Store in partnership with IT and Data teams, ensuring real-time access to performance data. Train sales and field teams on best practices in Perfect Store execution and support in the development of selling materials.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage cross-functional stakeholders locally & regionally to support the execution of strategic projects related to the Perfect Store.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years total business experience required across multiple FMCG. Experience in Trade Marketing or Customer Development is a must,
  • Strong knowledge of Kenvue Perfect Store Program/previous experience on Perfect Store
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment, ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands. Proven record in project management skills.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers, up and down two levels without direct authority, to ensure a fully aligned customer/company business plan. 
  • Strong analytical skills to deliver data-driven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives. 
  • Demonstrate effective communication and analytical skills. Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor presentation style to a variety of key decision makers.
