What you will do

The Retain Associate is responsible for conducting scientific research and analysis as a Scientist. You will perform duties related to the role to support the team's objectives:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative research projects in the field of Retain Associate Scientist
  • Conduct experiments and analyze data to drive scientific discoveries and advancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate scientific findings into product development
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the scientific community to drive innovation
  • Present research findings at conferences and publish in scientific journals to contribute to the scientific community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in alignment with the general_summary and Duties of the Scientist role
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in application performance
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of cutting-edge technologies to enhance development efficiency and stay ahead of industry trends

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in scientific research and development
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in software development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience

Desired Qualifications

  • PhD in a related scientific field with a focus on Retain Associate research
  • Demonstrated track record of publications and presentations in scientific journals and conferences
  • Experience in iOS development with a strong portfolio of published iOS apps in the App Store
  • Proficiency in iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc. to optimize application performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive scientific breakthroughs
  • Solid understanding of offline storage, threading, and performance tuning techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic research environment

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$59,500.00 - $84,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
