HybridWhat you will do
The RGM Sun Care Brazil is responsible for the RGM strategies of Neutrogena Sun Fresh, Sundown and Neostrata Minesol. The focus of this position is on building best-in class strategies for Price, Assortment and Promotion and tracking its execution and performance to actively bring optimization opportunities to maximize profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead price, assortment and promotional strategy definition for all Sun Care Brands in Brazil;
Track price execution adherence to strategy and it’s performance, follow-up on assortment mix optimization action plans and analyze promotional guidelines implementation and return on investment effectiveness, actively bringing strategy optimization opportunities in all pillars;
Build synergy with RGM leaders of Food and Pharma retail environments to increase synergy with sales teams and improve strategy execution and effectiveness;
Participate in brand squads and connect with Marketing, Shopper, Finance and Supply to guarantee inputs and squad perspectives to enhance RGM deliverables and initiatives;
Lead RGM’s roadmap defined projects and maximize their impact on Company objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or economy;
Relevant RGM experience, or/and in Marketing Research working on price/promo projects;
Experience working with P&L, profitability, and ROI analysis;
Strong communication, analytical, attention to detail and influence skills;
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
