What you will do

The Revenue Growth Manager will be a part of Business Intelligence Team and will drive development and implementation of RGM agenda. He/She will lead RGM projects focused on Price, Promotion & Assortment optimization. He/she will play a key role in shaping, standardizing & enhancing best in class analytical processes, and provide support for cross-functional teams, staying in close relation to the regional structures.

Key responsibilities:

  • Shape harmonized RGM framework.
  • Support delivery of rich insights, contribute to the continuous profitable growth by optimizing price, promo, portfolio and investments
  • Set up tools and processes for continuous planning and tracking of business growth opportunities
  • Develop proactive analytics that enable timely business decisions leading to profitable growth
  • Lead strategic data driven projects
  • Cooperate with Sales, Marketing and Finance Team to drive x-functional growth agenda
  • Support the creation and tracking of on-going CIW, Pricing, Promotions & Rebates, Brand RGM initiatives:
  • Provide analytical support in opportunity-sizing and ambition-setting behind RGM initiatives
  • Perform profitability analysis, generate breakthrough insights as fundamental for improvement projects;
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth information flow
  • Active networking and cooperation with Regional & RGM functions in order to support the adaptation of best practices, analytics, tools and systems around:
  • Assortment Optimization
  • Strategic Pricing, Price tracking
  • Promo optimization
  • Trade ROI, Investment optimization

Experience and Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a business orientated Finance or Commercial support function including RGM responsibilities
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
  • Strong technical and functional knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & Microsoft office, strong database management skills, SAP & Power BI experience is an advantage
  • Financial knowledge ideally within FMCG market – revenue cycle oriented – familiar with trade margin structures
  • Very strong analytical skills: exploration and visualization skills, statistical knowledge; ability to analyze complex financial problems and generate value adding insights
  • Problem-solving approach and critical thinking with high attention to details and openness to experiment with new approaches and tools
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills, strong networking and teamwork skills
