What you will do

This position is based at Bangalore, Kenvue Global Capability Center, reporting into the EMEA & Global RGM Sr Director.

What You Will Do 

Kenvue is hiring a RGM Advanced Analytics Manager.

RGM is a business-critical capability, and it is being strengthened across Kenvue through our RGM leads.

One of the keys of success for RGM is SCALABILITY of the solutions. For this reason, we are building in the Global Capability Center (GCC) a cell specialized in Revenue Management solutions (RGM Cell). This cell will focus initially on Trade Promotional Optimization (TPO) and its role is to leverage and improve on existing TPO methodologies and ensure they are scalable across markets and categories. For this we will count with support from the T&D organization, and a business resource which will act as liaison with the business counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

Build and sustain engagement model with GCC T&D

  • Partner with GCC Tech & Data cell team to define ways of working of RGM Cell, including specific deliverables (ie: how does the recommendation look like), cadence of work, scope, and governance (starting with TPO)

  • Design roadmap and act as Project Manager for said deliverables (prioritizing high impact brand-market combinations), assuring on-time and on-budget delivery acting as a first point of contact for all business-related inquiries

  • Ensure the data flows from local markets into RGM Cell and vice versa are built and accurate

  • Validate Advanced Analytics modelling for RGM levers suggested by Data Science team (starting with TPO)

Engage with country RGM stakeholders to deploy Advanced Analytics solutions

  • Build connections and relationships with RGM/TPM teams in all markets

  • Ensure the deliverables from RGM Cell are fit for purpose.

  • Supervise the deployment of the RGM Cell Advanced Analytics solutions at the right level in the local market sales operations making any needed adjustments for localization

  • Ensure adoption of RGM Cell Advanced Analytics solutions through Trainings, Workshops and other initiatives

  • Build tracking methodology for RGM Cell Advanced Analytics solutions adoption by local markets ensuring outcomes are embedded into market operating plans

  • Gather learnings and insights from implementations to loop back into RGM Cell

  • Track systematically value delivered

Refine methodologies

  • Work with global RGM team to adapt methodologies with any improvements identified for Price, Promotion and/or Portfolio management (starting with TPO)

Liaise with data foundational teams

  • Ensure close connection with regional TPM teams to facilitate the data flows from various TPM tools into GCC data models and include them in the roadmap for TPO work.

  • Ensure close connection with CBI and Customer Data managing teams to facilitate the information flows from external data sources into internal Machine Learning modelling

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of Post Graduation degree required.

  • Overall 10+yrs experience, which includes 6 years of RGM Experience

  • Industry Experience in the FMCG, CPG and healthcare related industry

  • Proven RGM experience and demonstrated ability in change management.

  • In depth knowledge of promotional optimization across different geographies, paired with Strong analytics capabilities

  • Basic knowledge of Trade Promotional Management tools

  • Good technical literacy/skills and experience interfacing with Tech and Data teams

  • Experience in launching cross-country programs successfully

  • Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships

  • Must have excellent communication and networking skills and experience influencing at all levels within the organization.
