HybridWhat you will do
The Revenue Growth Management Leader is responsible for leading the company's transformation strategy by focusing on optimizing pricing, promotions, product mix, and commercial strategies to maximize a company's revenue and profitability, coordinating execution, managing cross-functional initiatives, and developing investment portfolios to deliver measurable value:
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
· Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue optimization
· Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform pricing and promotional strategies
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align revenue growth initiatives
· Utilize data analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
· Lead the development and execution of revenue growth strategies in alignment with the company's overall strategic plan
· Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize new growth opportunities
· Manage and mentor a team of professionals to drive revenue growth initiatives
· Evaluate and recommend potential investment opportunities to support revenue growth objectives
· Oversee the implementation of key business alliances to support revenue growth targets
· Monitor and report on progress towards revenue growth goals, making adjustments as needed
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
· Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in revenue growth management or related field
· University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant discipline
· Proven track record of successfully developing commercial strategy and driving revenue growth and profitability
· Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to interpret data, proficient with data analytic tools.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
· Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth
· Strong negotiation and influencing skills
· Demonstrated success in sourcing and prioritizing investment opportunities
· Extensive network of contacts in the venture capital and corporate venture capital industry
· Ability to think strategically and identify emerging opportunities for revenue growth
· Experience in Marketing, Sales or Finance
