What you will do

根据生产计划，按时、按量完成生产任务，并确保100% 安全作业及生产产品100% 符合质量要求。积极参与生产效率提高、物料损耗降低、Lean MFG、Kaizen等项目活动

岗位要求：

§   学历要求：初中或初中以上

§   工作经验：有相关工作经验者优先

§   能力要求：身体健康，吃苦耐劳，工作认真仔细，能严格遵守岗位的相关规定，有责任心以及一定的学习和独立工作的能力，具备一定的设备操作技能和故障解决能力，并对工作中发现的问题能够正确处理并及时汇报。

具体职责:

• 100% 执行EHS规程、相关法律法规，确保安全作业， 对当班生产安全负责

• 100% 执行GMP规程、SOP操作规程， 根据生产计划，按时、按量完成生产任务。确保个人行为符合GMP要求，确保生产产品质量符合产品标准，对当班生产质量负责

• 100% 按SOP要求完成各项设备、产品质量的起始检查及过程自检工作等等，并按要求完成相关记录

• 认真完成各类记录，如：批制造记录、生产过程检测记录、设备使用记录等等，确保填写正确、及时、完整、符合GMP要求

• 负责工作区域及设备的GMP、5S管理，确保符合GMP及内务管理要求

• 监督班组包装工的工作符合要求

• 发现设备故障、物料缺陷、产品缺陷，立即停机通知维修工、领班和生产主管；认真做好班组交接工作，完成班组生产绩效报告

• 积极参与KOE、生产效率提高、物料损耗降低、Lean MFG、Kaizen等项目活动

• 不得擅离职守和随意串岗，若生产过程中切实需要暂时离开，必须向当班领班请假并得到许可后方可离开。

• 完成领班、主管分配的其他工作任务
