What you will do

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) team by ensuring accurate sales reporting, effective accounts receivable (AR) and claims management, and reliable system and master data maintenance. This role plays a critical part in enabling smooth sales operations, timely customer settlements, and high data integrity across commercial systems.

Sales reporting

  • Provide support to Sales team and SFE function in preparing Sales related reports such as Inventory, PO Tracker, trade promotion (TP) accrual tracking, customer billing, and AR related data.

  • Assist in the preparation and validation of sales team’s incentive calculations.

  • Assist in OTC Sales Rep tagging and system updates, ensuring alignment with customer and territory structures.

Accounts Receivable (AR) & Claims Management

  • Manage customer claims administration, including deductions, rebates, returns, and pricing discrepancies.

  • Perform claim validation against approved pricing, rebate agreements, promotions, and contracts prior to submission.

  • Support AR reconciliation activities, including deduction tracking, claim ageing, and billing issue resolution.

  • Maintain accurate and timely customer returns and claims tracking reports.

  • Prepare and submit list price maintenance forms

  • Support customer rebates agreement administration and system updates.

  • Maintain accurate Pro-X Contract creation and updates

  • Own and maintain customer master data maintenance

Customer & Commercial Administration

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of customer rebate agreements.

  • Support audits and internal checks by providing complete and accurate commercial documentation when required.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying data, claims, or process discrepancies.

  • Handle other ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks related to SFE, sales operations, and AR management as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales operations, AR, claims management, commercial administration, or SFE-related roles (pharma/FMCG experience is a plus).

  • Very strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data reconciliation).

  • Strong working knowledge of AR processes, customer claims, rebates, and returns management.

  • Comfortable handling large volumes of data with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset

  • Structured, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Clear communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally

  • Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Please note this is a 12 months fixed term contract.
