What you will do

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the sales team through effective sales planning, budget management, performance analysis, and process improvement. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of sales targets and allocation strategies.

    • Monitor and track sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies.

  • CIW Management:

    • Manage the CIW budget, ensuring effective tracking of expenditures and adherence to financial guidelines.

    • Analyze actual performance against budgeted figures, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as necessary.

    • Prepare detailed reports on budget performance for review by management.

  • Sales Result Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales results, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate sales performance metrics to stakeholders.

    • Work with the sales team to implement strategies for improving sales efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Other Sales Operations Tasks:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance) to ensure seamless operations and alignment on sales initiatives.

    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance sales operations processes.
