What you will do

管理培训生： 

管理培训生项目致力于为公司培养能拥抱市场快速变化的未来领导人，是全公司共同培养和发展的重点人才项目。按照统一的标准和要求设计，在应届生中选拔有潜力、有决心、有速度且有领导力的优秀人才，他们将经历为期3年的轮岗（包括但不限于跨渠道、跨业态的销售岗位），在各类定制化培训和具有挑战的工作中体验和成长。

加入该项目，你将收获 : 

通过对中国市场、渠道客户和购买者的了解，结合市场覆盖、产品发展周期、零售，客户及生意数据分析，促销等策略，将科赴的产品以合理的价格和方式呈现在消费者中，最终实现购买者、渠道客户和公司三赢的局面，从而达成公司销售成长的目标。

我们需要这样的你： 

• 2025/2026年毕业的应届生，以及全职工作一年内的同学均可申请；
• 本科及以上学历，专业不限；
• 具有较强的领导能力和发展潜力；
• 具有较强的沟通协调、分析计划和解决问题能力；
• 工作积极主动，能适应快节奏、团队导向且灵活多变的工作环境；
• 电脑操作熟练及英语流利（包括书面和口头表达，CET6及以上）。

工作地点： 

上海（由于项目轮岗的需要，需要在上海以外的中国一、二线城市工作）
