工作职责:
负责经销商生意的进,销,存管理,完成月度及季度的生意目标; 负责相关渠道及客户生意的TP费用管控,合规使用费用,提升费用效率,确保生意目标达成; 负责区域内重点零售客户/二分商客户的生意(计划+执行),精细化/精准化管理,年度JBP跟进,推动年度JBP目标的达成; 负责发展闽南区域新渠道及新零售生意,积极拓新;· 负责公司各品牌策略品及新品的分销拓展,达成相关考核目标; 负责公司相关项目的执行跟进,完成完美门店的执行目标,提升产品可及性。
经验要求:
大学本科以上学历,有3年以上相关行业的从业经验; 具备良好的经销商渠道运作能力,有重点客户零售管理经验者优先; 以客户为导向,良好的分析与创新能力,较强的团队合作意识和吃苦耐劳的奋斗精神; 具备一定的领导能力,通过清晰的KPI布达和追踪,制定高效的业绩考核办法,带领客户DSR代表团队完成公司各项任务指标; 有积极工作心态,良好的创新能力,责任心强,执行能力强; 熟练使用Word,Excel,PPT等办公软件。
