What you will do

职责描述

1.零售渠道的规划、开拓及销售工作,完成年度销售任务;

2.负责区域内重点客户的维护及管理,通过客户合作谈判,有效的使 用费用预算、执行合作机会;

3.跟进实现销售的日常工作及业绩目标的执行,包括对所负责客户的 管理完整过程,包括 JBP 联合生意计划、Project 项目实施、以及跨部 门供应链、O2O 协作等; 3.分析市场需求,制定销售策略和销售方案;

4. 组织开展各类销售活动,提高销售额和市场占有率;

5.与客户建立良好关系,提供专业化的客户服务;

6. 协助完成销售渠道的开发和维护工作。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历;

2.两年以上消费品渠道工作经验,负责重点 KA 系统华润优先;

3. 熟悉市场营销、销售管理等方面的专业知识和技能;

4.具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。;

5. 具备较强的市场分析、营销策划和销售管理能力;

6.态度积极、责任心强、具备较强的抗压能力于执行能力;
