What you will do

The role operates at the intersection of Finance and Retail Excellence, partners closely with the commercial organisation, and reports directly to the Nordic Head of Finance. This is a unique opportunity to shape a modern, automated analytics landscape with real strategic impact.

We are seeking an ambitious and analytically strong Data Analyst to elevate our business analytics capability to the next level as a core strategic priority. This highly visible, strategically critical role is central to unlocking the full potential of our newly implemented sales planning tool and Power BI, enabling a more advanced, forward‑looking approach to customer P&L and commercial performance insights.

Operating at the intersection of Finance and the Retail Excellence team, this role serves as a key bridge between financial insight and commercial execution. You will partner closely with, and influence senior stakeholders and the broader commercial organisation, with a strong focus on advancing automation and setting new standards for analytical excellence. You will help shape a modern, future‑ready analytics landscape.

In addition, you will serve as the key user and business administrator for our sales planning tool. This includes managing master data, sales data maintenance, user access, report development, and workflow optimisation.

You will define guidelines and best practices, provide user training and support, and represent the Nordic organisation in NE and EMEA analytics networks.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent experience (Commercial)

  • Fluent spoken and written English & Swedish

  • Meticulous, independent, proactive, and able to meet deadlines

  • Experience of SAP/ERP, PowerBI, Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools and systems

  • Experience in working in a complex matrix organization

  • Ability to take full ownership for the area of responsibility

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating data into insights

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A team player with a willingness to learn and contribute

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with commercial acumen and attention to detail.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and finance teams.
