HybridWhat you will do
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to support Customer Readiness Transition Project. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth handling of customer-related documentation and operational requests, helping to maintain efficient Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and prevent potential sales disruption.
Project Scope
The internship focuses on supporting Customer Readiness Transition Project, including handling various customer-related requests such as:
- Official letters for business agreements
- Program mechanisms (TMB/SKP)
- Return commitments
- Other legal and operational documentation
The intern will assist in structuring, monitoring, and prioritizing these requests to ensure timely and well-organized execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, document, and organize all incoming customer-related requests
- Categorize requests based on urgency and priority levels
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor progress and follow up on pending requests
- Maintain structured documentation to support operational transparency
- Help ensure alignment across teams to prevent inefficiencies in O2C processes
Requirements
- A third or fourth year student from a reputable university (any major; Business Administration, Law, or Economics preferred)
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, and organization)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work collaboratively across teams
