What you will do

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Commercial Excellence Team at Kenvue, supporting our operations across Poland and the Baltics. In this role, you’ll lead a team of analysts and work closely with our commercial teams to drive planning, performance analysis, and continuous process improvement. You'll provide insights that directly support business decisions and help optimize sales operations.

Responsibilities

As Sales Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a team of analysts focused on sales data and operational support.
  • Partnering with commercial teams in Poland and the Baltics to support planning, forecasting, and performance improvement efforts.
  • Analyzing sales performance and market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Managing the Customer Investment Waterfall (actuals and planning), ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Preparing regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business needs.
  • Developing and implementing tools and applications that improve sales and commercial processes.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role, ideally in finance, sales operations, sales effectiveness, or revenue growth management.
  • A strong business mindset and a good understanding of the FMCG market (a plus).
  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (required); experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as SAP BW, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
