What you will do
Acting as Sales Ops and Data Analytics Nordic, you will be key user for TiPPS system and owner of the management and sales reporting tools. Role includes developing, automating and maintaining analytical tools and processes for management reporting and various tasks to secure effective operation and ways of working for TiPPS system.
Key Responsibilities
Part 1: TiPPS System Key User
Serve as the principal point of contact and subject matter expert for the TiPPS system.
Manage and maintain master data for customers and products within the TiPPS platform.
Oversee sales data maintenance and user management, fulfilling the role of business administrator for the TiPPS system.
Ensure accurate entry of sales-out data and effective management of user access.
Develop and maintain reports and optimize workflows within TiPPS to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and implement guidelines and procedures informed by input from the RGM Team.
Provide training and support to new users, facilitating successful onboarding for TiPPS access.
Be part of NE and EMEA TIPPS networks, leading development and Nordic asks
Part 2: Management Reporting
Act as key user for Power BI, responsible for developing and maintaining analytical reports.
Automate the generation of reports and data models using Power BI and other BI tools to streamline reporting processes.
Oversee the management reporting system to ensure the data consistency, accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance teams to provide actionable reporting solutions to inform decision-making.
Investigate and resolve any data inconsistencies, ensuring the integrity of reports post-implementation.
Required Qualifications
University degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent experience (Commercial)
Fluent spoken and written English is a must & local Country language(s) is a benefit
Meticulous, independent, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
Experience of SAP/ERP, PowerBI, Microsoft Office and sales analysis tools and systems
Experience in working in a complex matrix organization
Ability to take full ownership for the area of responsibility
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating data into insights
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
A team player with a willingness to learn and contribute
Experience with SAP, PowerBi and the Microsoft Office suite
Analytical and data-driven mindset with commercial acumen and attention to detail.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and finance teams.
Desired Qualifications
Proficiency in data mining and data visualization tools
An experimental and agile mindset, focused on the customer and continuous improvement
Good understanding of Data Modelling and Analysis
Understanding of trade investment and promotional planning principles.
