Fully OnsiteWhat you will do
Key responsibilities:
- Develop improvements in the Quantity & Quality of Sales Force activities to deliver superior performances & building long term business of the One Professional Team
- Understand & Practice principle of Sales Force effectiveness
- Able to handle digital learning & CRM tool. Driving learning across Sales organistion.
- Creates and delivers sales training curriculum for the sales teams, focused on increasing product knowledge and selling skills, resulting in sales force effectiveness.
- To do Joint Field Work with MSRs & FBMs. Provide feedback to ZBMs/RBMs/BM/NBMs/BU Head.
- Accountable for initiating required field training interventions based on the observations and recommendations.
- Conducting induction/ training programs for new hires and support the 90 days new hire learning journey.
- Conduct refresher training programs for the FF/FBMs based on proficiency levels & business needs.
- Analyze and assess effectiveness vs performance and provide feedback on a quarterly basis to their respective reporting heads.
- Review and assist with developing and updating training modules, field training curriculum, training assessments and role-play scenarios.
- Drive coaching practice across levels of FBMs/ZBMs to drive effectiveness.
- Drive end to end digital learning process.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications:
- B. PHARM, B.SC, MBA in any stream/Trainer certification will be of added advantage.
- Min. 8 years of experience in the Pharma/Healthcare industry.
- 2-4 years in Training
Key Skills:
- Facilitation
- Business Acumen & analysis
- TNI/TNA - create learning modules, roll out coaching programs.
- Good English communication (Verbal & Written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Proficiency in handling digital learning & CRM system.
- Multi Stake holder Management
- Ability to generate insight from stake holder interactions & make viable product.
