The Scientist provides analytical support to the growth and strategic business objectives of Kenvue with focus on North American supply chain initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws/regulations, the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the execution of analytical requirements for R&D projects
- Participate on cross-functional project task forces and support the development of project timelines
- Coordinate all aspects of the analytical project including method transfer and stability studies
- Coordinate the preparation of protocols, testing, and final reports
- Performing assigned scientific experiments and routine tasks according to established procedures.
- Conduct and review laboratory investigations.
- Reviewing data and documents.
- Keeping accurate records and supporting the development of technical documentation.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Minimum B. Sc.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical or related industry
- Strong oral and written communication
- Demonstrated good problem solving and decision-making skills
- Creativity and innovation skills
- Collaboration and organizational skills
- Good documentation practices.
- Strong digital literacy
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Processes, Good Laboratory Practices, Good Documentation Practices
- General knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
