What you will do

The Self Care Artwork Lead is responsible for developing and managing packaging materials, coordinating with cross functional partners and agencies to ensure timely project completion, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will also provide recommendations on process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver breakthrough package. Bring artwork through key stage gates and ensure successful delivery of this critical brand activation fundamental.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to develop and optimize, ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion of artwork projects that enhance consumer perception and emotional connection.
  • Lead key packaging projects through stage gates. Develop, manage and solution critical project timelines in partnership with PMO and brand leads. Ensure brand objectives are met while meeting all medical, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Track process metrics and recommend improvements to enhance ways of working.
     

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree required; preferably in Marketing/Business or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience is required
  • A proven track record of leading and delivering brand communication assets
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams responsible for delivering brand communications.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding brand communication (Digital, Trade, Social) project timelines.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate creative needs and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$72.675,00 - $102.600,00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
