What you will do

The Selfcare Project Manager is responsible for managing Selfcare projects by leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver business critical projects in direct support of Kenvue’s Operating Plan, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Types of projects may include new product introductions, product updates, supply chain or business process improvements.

Location for this position could be either Helsingborg (Sweden), Rotkreuz (Switzerland) or Prague (Czech Republic).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall project from definition through to implementation. Ensure excellence in project execution coordinating E2E cross-functional teams, defining critical project milestones , coordinate team meetings and minutes as well as communicate risks and issues including mitigation plans
  • Define project budget ensuring cost tracking with any required tools
  • Enable the fluid evaluation and approval of the project at the proper Governance forums
  • Provide regular update on project status to all levels of the organization, including Senior Management
  • Maintain accurate information and data supporting project and portfolio tracking

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or technical field
  • 8 years’ experience in related field – with minimum 5 years of project or program management experience, with proven success in management of large, global, complex, highly interrelated programs / projects
  • Experience working in Consumer Goods, preferably in Pharma/OTC industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.
  • Experience with leadership, conflict resolution and influencing skills
  • Ability to overcome ambiguity, adapting quickly to changing business dynamics, solving with courage to shape and build new ways of working
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Fluent in English oral and written
  • Experience with new Product Development processes and terminology is a plus.

Desired Qualifications

  • Expert in MS Project, Good Power point skills and Excel
  • APICs Certificate /PMI Certificate/Agile methodology is a plus
