HybridWhat you will do
Regional Inventory and Agility area inside Supply Chain Excellence organization is responsible for leading Inventory and SLOB metrics in LATAM, guaranteeing performance and cash flow management. The area also supports coordinating actions and projects to improve supply chain flow. Inside this organization, the Sr. Inventory and SLOB Planner will support Regional Inventory processes to guarantee delivery of committed targets and act as facilitator for action plan and inventory process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduce process for Inventory and Slob target setting in financial cycles, such as: BP, MU, JU, SU and NU.
- Perform inventory studies for Network Optimization, and multi-functional areas projects.
- Implement standardization and process improvement opportunities.
- Support on Inventory and Slob reporting and analysis.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience in planning functions is required.
- Advanced English is required.
- Intermediate Spanish is required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- SAP knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Analytical, organized, conceptual, logical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Inventory management previous experience is desirable.
- Power BI knowledge
- Work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements and work independently.
- The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions.
