The Senior CPFR Analyst is responsible for providing supplier analysis, spend analysis, financial perspective, and market analysis to improve the supply chain and leverage the supplier base. You will utilize data & Process Excellence (Six Sigma) to identify improvement opportunities and drive solutions with the team:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced CPFR strategies to optimize forecasting accuracy and drive business growth
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for improving demand planning processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and ensure seamless inventory management
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline forecasting methodologies and enhance decision-making processes
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making and drive business success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze supplier data, financial perspectives, and market analysis to improve supply chain efficiency
- Utilize Process Excellence (Six Sigma) to identify and drive supply chain improvement opportunities
- Identify and recommend lowest cost sources of supply for assigned commodities
- Recommend methods to standardize products and services for economies of scale
- Research and recommend best practices and benchmark logistics processes Develop suppliers' capabilities to improve quality, delivery, and reduce costs Establish and monitor supplier continuous improvement objectives and performance measures
- Lead special projects to enhance supply chain operations
- Develop tools, models, and databases for key commodity spend categories
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in CPFR or demand planning role, with a proven track record of delivering results
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field
- 4-6 years of related experience in analyzing supplier data and financial perspectives
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field
Desired Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail
- Proven working experience in software development
- Working experience in iOS development
- Published one or more iOS apps in the App Store
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
