What you will do

As a Senior Customer Service Specialist, you will manage end‑to‑end customer service processes, ensuring high service quality, accurate order management and effective complaint resolution. You will act as a senior point of contact within the team and support continuous improvement of customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders and ensure accurate order‑to‑cash processes

  • Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding order status

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and product returns

  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements

  • Participate in audits and cross‑functional projects

  • Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders and support team activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or similar operational role,

  • Good working knowledge of SAP R/3

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills,

  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure,

  • Polish language is mandatory,

  • Fluency in English (minimum B2).
