What you will do
The Senior Demand Planner is responsible for leading the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process/cycle for his/her portfolio and markets, collecting information from key stakeholders and building/creating the monthly rolling forecast at SKU level, being a core member of the Cross Functional Business Team.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best service level for our customers while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Forecast accuracy will be key focus area while managing forecasting systems and analyzing performance metrics to support strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and execute advanced demand forecasting models and comprehensive demand plans leveraging cross-functional data and qualitative intelligence to support business objectives and optimize inventory level.
· Own Volumes and Net Sales forecast for his/her brands.
· Evaluate and adjust the statistical forecast to the local market based on business intelligence, specific historical sales trends, etc. In this respect he/she will incorporate the business intelligence gathered from cross-functional partners.
· Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool - Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process.
· Work closely with regional supply team to ensure visibility and alignment on supply. Closely coordinate and communicate customer plans with supply planning.
· Monitor inbound pipeline of finished goods into the market, achieving the required product availability targets – ensure that all issues are tackled and are acted upon promptly. Avoidance / immediate resolution of any Out-of-Stock issue.
· Lead selected KPI performance across South East Europe markets and drive continuous improvement action plans.
· Manage Copacking activities at local 3PL | Project coordination & Planning Copacking activities
· Communicate effectively across departments to present forecasting insights, business impacts, and tradeoff decisions to align organizational goals.
· Work closely with Customer Service & Logistics, Regional Supply Planning, Regulatory, Commercial Quality, Sales, Brand Activation, Marketing and Finance (Planning & Costing).
· Deliver key Supply Chain KPIs, including Product Availability, OTIF‑D, Unit Fill Rate (UFR), Forecast Accuracy (MAPE & BIAS), Inventory performance, Slow‑Moving & Obsolete reduction targets, and overall portfolio Complexity (SKU count).
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics/Supply Chain/Engineering/Business Analytics, or a related field.
· Master’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or MBA will be considered as a plus..
· Minimum for 4 years’ experience, preferably in Demand and/or Supply planning.
· Fluency in English.
Required Skills/Competencies
· System & Tool Proficiency: Experienced user of SAP (R3/ECC), OMP, and Anaplan, Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
· Leadership & Ownership: Demonstrate strong ownership mentality with the ability to influence and mobilize cross‑functional teams without direct authority. Brings a can‑do attitude and consistently positive approach to challenges.

· Project & Matrix Management: Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects within a matrix organizational environment, ensuring alignment, coordination, and timely execution.
· Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities, with a structured approach to diagnosing issues and developing effective solutions. Maintain a high degree of accuracy, thoroughness, and consistency in all deliverables.
· Accountability & Urgency: Exhibit a high level of ownership, accountability, and responsiveness in all responsibilities.
· Prioritization & Risk Management: Skilled in prioritizing tasks efficiently and making prudent, well‑informed risk decisions under pressure.
