What you will do
Ensure compliance of EHS management system with Kenvue EHS standards, applicable local EHS laws and regulations, fulfill ISO14001:2015 requirements
Lead EHS assessment, EHS by Design for new product launched, new process to enable business growth and Regularly review EHS aspects & impacts to keep site Top 5 risks updated
Lead site EHS digital initiatives based on site risks, priorities and pain points to improve site EHS performance
Drive execution of site critical standards including LOTOTO, Machine Safety, Electrical Safety, Contractors and Non-routine task management or areas where risk is high.
Facilitate investigations of Incidents /SIF-p (Severe Injury and Fatality Precursor) : lead, conclude investigation of Incidents/accidents/SIF-p in timely manner, develop CAPA
Ensure 100% Corrective and Preventive action closure on the with effectiveness using the 3C approach (Correct, Complete, Continue)
Promote proactive reporting of Unsafe conditions & Unsafe Behaviors
Analyze trends and implement preventive actions to reduce operational risks.
Periodically conduct safety inspections throughout the facilities to drive the Safety Culture and commitment to proactively prevent operational risk
Culture: work with key stakeholders within the plant to lead/maintain safety culture and mind set of Safety always.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or occupational health and safety field
Certification of safety officer-occupational level is required
Possess strong leadership with good interpersonal skills, excellence communications (Written and spoken English)
5-6 years in safety management system/factory works
Experience in food or petrochemical manufacturing is an advantage
