What You Will Do 

The Senior Finance Analyst, Global Procurement is a highly visible, central role within the Global Procurement Finance team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, Global Procurement, this position plays a critical role in the monthly financial close, global consolidation, and forecast cycles, acting as a key integrator between global procurement, regional procurement finance teams, and central finance.

The role combines strong technical finance ownership with analytical insight and stakeholder engagement. It is designed for a finance professional who can independently drive core financial processes, ensure accuracy and consistency of global procurement financials, and translate complex data into clear insights that support decision-making across regions and categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive key the monthly actuals consolidation for Global Procurement (across all regions and categories – Direct, Indirect & Logistics), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery across regions and categories.
  • Coordinate inputs from regional procurement finance teams and perform global consolidation of results, including validation, variance analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Play a leading role in quarterly forecasts, annual budget, and long-range planning cycles for Procurement Finance; facilitating and coordinating the E2E process in collaboration with regional finance teams
  • Prepare and analyze key procurement financial metrics, including savings, PPV, inflation / deflation impacts, and other cost drivers.
  • Build high-quality financial analyses and management-ready materials that translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Support preparation of leadership reviews, ensuring robustness of data points, clarity of message, and fact-based recommendations.
  • Act as a key finance business partner to regional procurement finance teams, fostering strong collaboration, trust, and consistency of outputs.
  • Serve as a point of coordination between global procurement, regional finance, and other central finance teams to ensure aligned deliverables.
  • Contribute to the standardization, simplification, and documentation of global procurement finance processes.
  • Leverage data, systems, and analytical tools to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability of reporting and analysis.
  • Actively support broader finance transformation and automation initiatives that impact our team processes and ways of working.

What We Are Looking For

Required qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. preferably a major in Accounting, Finance or related ones.
  • A CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred.
  • ~ 5 years of finance experience (ideally with supply chain finance or procurement finance background).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with high proficiency in Excel and other data/analytics tools & software (Knime, Alteryx, SQL, PowerBI is desirable).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in order to educate and influence a broad range of business partners including senior management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
