HybridWhat you will do
You’ll be driving analytics and monthly close reporting, BVA’s, forecasting and supporting the Site Finance Lead within the manufacturing set-up. You’ll be involved in the digitalisation journey and part of a talented international team. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression within the finance team.

What will you do
Key Responsibilities:
· Support business management with analyses of Revenue/Cost/Expense and Profit outlook and the trends in the respective areas on Site level or Business Unit
· Managing relevant planning and analysis process such as annual budget, outlooks and forecast, monthly and quarter closing
· Analysing & communicating the performance of the site including regional site cost summary and BVA reporting for other manufacturing sites
· Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics based on Production Volumes, Absorption and P&L, OCNIS, COGS and GP for every financial cycle alongside with ongoing Projects on Site level
· Reporting cost centre budgeting and ERP relevant information in local/global ERP and reporting systems (SAP, OneStream) as well as systems reconciliation (SAP, PowerBI, OneStream, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and Project fulfilment and costing
· Acting as trusted business advisor by delivering clear messages and alternatives for business decisions, standardization, and process improvement by demonstrating ownership and business knowledge
· Conducting special projects and working with the minimal management supervision, introducing and using new Technologies (PowerBI, Excel VBA etc.) for financial modelling
What we are looking for
· Bachelor's degree (ideally in Accounting/Finance) and working towards professional accounting qualification preferred
· Fluency in English
Pre-requisites
· Progressive finance experience preferably Supply Chain Finance
· Strong collaboration and demonstrated business partnering with the ability to influence
· High conceptual and analytical competence.
· Experienced professional with strong communication skills
· Ability to zoom in and out - big picture strategic thinking to challenge status quo, as well as process-oriented tactical plans to execute
· Ideally SAP ERP, OneStream or alternative exposure to other ERP systems and advance skills in MS Office, knowledge in Business Intelligence systems is an advantage.
· Autonomous working attitude with high motivation.
Preferred Requirements:
· Consumer Industry Experience ideally within manufacturing or FMCG but not a prerequisite.
