What you will do

The Senior Finance Manager, Global Strategy is responsible for transforming the overarching Kenvue strategy into a long-range financial plan, providing guidance on growth opportunities and white space, investments allocations for trade and brand marketing expense, and capital budgets.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual long-range financial plan for the enterprise across the three segments
• Analyze and report the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, profit margin, etc.
• Update resource allocation plan, revenue growth plan, brand marketing expense allocation and key cost drivers to create/revise income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts
• Take information from multiple sources to model new assumptions, run sensitivity analysis and test alternatives, leverage analytical models and systematic projections (using in-market expectations and other macro-trends) to identify updates
• Review and explain key drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and consolidate submissions and revisions from business units, making adjustments as needed
• Provide regular/ad hoc strategic support to board of directors, investor relations and Head of Strategy

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance is required
• Strong understanding of FP&A, data modelling, forecasting, budgeting and long-range financial plan
• Ability to focus on providing insight and guidance to the rest of the business on FP&A process
• A minimum of 10 years of total work experience with practical knowledge in financial planning processes
• Understanding and experience with system deployment methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, etc.)

Desired Qualifications:

• Additional related education and/or experience preferred; CPA preferred
• Strong organizational skills; must be able to manage and prioritize multiple business objectives with the proper sense of urgency
