What you will do

As the Sr. Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making for Kenvue's Sales and Trade Marketing Teams in Brazil. You will provide comprehensive financial insights and analyses to support the sales team, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Business Partnering Leadership: Serve as a key financial partner to the sales organization, delivering insights on performance metrics, risks, and opportunities while participating in monthly and quarterly business reviews.

  • Sales Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and support strategic initiatives aimed at increasing market share.

  • Financial Management of Commercial Investments: Oversee the financial management of commercial investments, including forecasting, analysis, and reporting to ensure optimal allocation of resources and alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaboration in Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and refine financial strategies and sales plans, providing data-driven recommendations to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • S&OP and IBP Leadership: Lead the valuation of volumes within the S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, translating sales volumes into P&L impact. Drive collaboration with sales teams to develop strategies that achieve financial targets while ensuring alignment with operational capabilities.

  • Mentorship and Development: Foster a culture of growth and learning within the finance team by providing mentorship and guidance to finance staff.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required

  • Relevant Experience in Finance as a Leader is required and experience with Business Support Finance will be a plus

  • Strong people management skills 

  • Ability to adapt and lead in a changing environment 

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills (must be able to reason through complex and various business scenarios and provide meaningful feedback for decision making) 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including the ability to interact with all levels of management within and outside of finance) 

  • Fluent in English at a minimum
