- Support North America region in delivering Procurement financial targets through robust analysis and proactive engagement
- Prepare and deliver quarterly financial trainings and process‑guidance sessions ahead of forecast and planning cycles
- Act as a trusted finance partner to Procurement business leaders, translating financial data into actionable recommendations
- Assess forecast accuracy (Spend & Savings), identifying most and least accurate areas and underlying root causes
- Propose and implement process, ways‑of‑working, and business‑partner engagement improvements to enhance forecast quality
- Establish tracking mechanisms to measure and sustain forecast‑accuracy improvements over time
- Develop working assumptions linking Procurement spend, savings, and Regional P&L, including simplified rules to enable Procurement teams to understand financial impacts
- Drive payment‑term discussions and target setting, acting as a subject‑matter expert for Working Capital (WAT) across Direct, Indirect, and Logistics spend
- Support the evolution of the monthly performance routine, aligning timing and outputs with Finance cycles
- Review, update, and maintain Indirect Procurement dashboards and reports, ensuring consistent monthly FY views
- Partner with Tech & Data teams to continuously improve spend, savings, and performance reporting
- Ensure all active projects follow correct governance under the Kenvue Savings Policy
- Contribute to the update and reinforcement of financial and procurement policies, methodologies, and rules
- Develop training materials enabling Procurement teams to correctly create, validate, and classify savings
