What You Will Do
The Senior Analyst in the North America Supply Chain Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is essential in supporting the Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting of regional Supply Chain results. This role is focused on delivering valuable insights and analytics to Operations, driving overall strategic initiatives. The Senior Analyst will contribute to the enhancement and adoption of the SC FP&A operating model, ensuring the delivery of accurate, streamlined, automated, and timely reporting processes while leveraging technology as a critical enabler.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidation and Reporting: Support the North America consolidation process for CNIS details, Variance Analyses (BVAs), and the preparation of regional presentations and decks.
- Process Mapping and Improvement: Assist in mapping processes, activities, and interaction models with a focus on identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization across Supply Chain FP&A.
- Financial Metrics Support: Contribute to the reporting of key financial metrics such as Gross Profit Bridges and other financial indicators, including Business Plan and forecast updates, as well as quarterly leadership presentations.
- Calendar Alignment: Coordinate the timeline for Business Plan submissions, forecast updates, and quarterly leadership meetings to ensure alignment across teams.
- Collaboration on Strategic Projects: Work closely with the North America FP&A SC Sr. Manager to support various strategic projects with a focus on simplification, prioritization and reduction of non-value-added work/processes
- Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures within the FP&A processes.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analytics: Execute ad-hoc reporting and analytical tasks as required to support business needs and decision-making processes.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in areas related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management. MBA or Finance certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English;
- A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting/Engineering;
- Solid experience in Finance/Accounting is required;
- Experience in Supply Chain Finance is desired;
- Experience with system SAP (OneStream knowledge is desirable).
