What You Will Do
The Senior Financial Analyst for Self Care will provide financial leadership in helping to lead the business by evaluating sales and marketing investment opportunities for growth, collaborating cross-functionally to evaluate pipeline innovation opportunities, and proactively making recommendations to manage short and long-term financial commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key member of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for one Self Care squad
- Analytical and strategic support for enterprise decision making in partnership with Local Marketing, Sales, Demand Planning, Project Management, and Global Marketing counterparts.
- Support of full marketing P&L management in collaboration with cross-functional partners, including ongoing assessments of risks vs. opportunities.
- Brand Marketing Expense management and investment optimization to support our forecast commitments.
- Direct partnership with category leads for sales forecasting and budgeting
- Providing timely and accurate cost and financial information related to forecasts, new products, and budgets.
- Ad hoc support for projects, presentations, and process improvement initiatives with both finance and cross-functional management.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
- A minimum of three (3) years of finance/accounting or related business experience is required
- A MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certification(s) are preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) experience required
- Strong general business acumen and technical skills in forecasting, accounting, and investment analytics (i.e. NPV, etc..) are required.
- Experience with SAP and OneStream is preferred.
- Strong ability to collaborate with business partners across organizational levels while balancing a complex portfolio of products in a cross-functional environment is required.
- Experience building and delivering PowerPoint presentations to various levels of the organization is preferred.
- Strong framing, communication, and influencing skills are required.
