What you will do

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for being the key Business Partner for the LATAM Deliver Operational Team (USD110MM USD/year), providing accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions, support the achievement of financial targets and ensure compliance with finance standards.

This role involves process automation, budgeting, expense optimization, and financial reporting while demonstrating strong business partnering skills. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and presentations for management to drive strategic initiatives

  • Performs monthly financial analysis and collaborates with the Deliver team to ensure that financial targets are consistently achieved and implement corrective actions when needed.

  • Lead the forecasting processes from planning, coordinating with internal and external finance departments, building bottom-up numbers, and reviewing with senior leadership.

  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new financial technologies to enhance

  • financial analysis. Strong background in Power BI and Power Apps tools is preferred.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams both inside and outside of Finance.

  • Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to executive leadership, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic frameworks.

  • Cost Management: Support cost-saving initiatives and analyze cost drivers.
